Engineering Manager – CRM

Responsibilities

1. Lead a team of backend and frontend engineers delivering CRM features, integrations, and tooling
2. Define and drive technical strategy for CRM system architecture and scalability
3. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into engineering roadmaps
4. Ensure engineering best practices including testing, CI/CD, documentation, and code quality
5. Mentor and develop engineers through regular feedback, coaching, and career development
6. Manage team performance and delivery timelines in an agile environment

Requirements

1. Fluent spoken and written English
2. 3+ years in an engineering leadership role
3. Strong technical background with expertise in modern web technologies, APIs, and data flows
4. Demonstrable success delivering large-scale systems for enterprise clients
5. Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
6. A strategic mindset with the ability to balance short-term priorities with long-term goals
