After our execution and research team submits the investor list, Tier 1 and Tier 2 investors are then approved to be approached by our clients.
We have contacted the decision-makers. If a contact is unresponsive, and we don't have an existing relationship, we continue to try alternative methods to engage, such as via email, phone, post, LinkedIn and approaching registered accountants and advisers of the company.
We have engaged with the target investors (e.g. target returned our call, emailed us back etc.); however, we have not had a conversation with them yet.
The target has been pre-screened and the information regarding their investment strategy and interest has been shared with the client. NDAs are shared and signed.
The client informs us that they would like to proceed and information memorandums are shared with the investor.
After the investor reviews the materials, a meeting is then scheduled and confirmed by both our client and the investor. Contact details are shared with both parties ahead of the meeting.
